How travel enquiries are handled

When you submit an enquiry, Kumaravel Holidays receives the information you provide, such as your name, telephone number, optional email or WhatsApp number, pickup location, destinations, travel dates, passenger count, requested vehicle and message. The form also records an enquiry reference and submission details needed to handle the request.

This information is used to respond, plan your requested journey and manage the enquiry. Please avoid entering identity documents, payment-card details or other information that is not needed for a travel quotation.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the WordPress website and are available to authorised administrators. The hosting provider may process technical logs needed to operate and protect the website. Enquiries should be retained only as long as required for responding, handling an agreed booking and meeting applicable record-keeping obligations.

WhatsApp and external services

If you choose a WhatsApp enquiry link, the prepared message is passed to WhatsApp and its handling is subject to that service’s own terms and privacy practices. The site does not send that message on your behalf. Maps, social links and externally hosted videos may open or load a third-party service when you choose them.

Cookies and other site features

WordPress and features installed by the site owner may use cookies or similar technical storage. Any analytics, advertising or additional third-party services introduced by the owner should be described here before they are used.

Your enquiry information

Use the contact options on the Contact page to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted. Include your enquiry reference if you have it. The team may need to verify the request and may retain records where an applicable obligation requires it.

Payments and updates

This website does not collect online payments or payment-card data. This notice should be reviewed by the site owner whenever the enquiry process, connected services or data handling changes.
