Enquiries and booking confirmation
This website helps you request transport information and quotations from Kumaravel Holidays. Submitting a form, selecting a package or opening WhatsApp does not reserve a vehicle or confirm a booking. Availability and booking terms must be agreed directly with the team.
Prices and inclusions
Displayed amounts are indicative sedan transport estimates per vehicle for up to four passengers, excluding the driver. Your final fare and inclusions are confirmed in a written quotation. Group vehicles and the 21+ seat coach require a separate quotation.
The final written quote should identify the vehicle category, dates, route, billable distance or hire limits, driver arrangements, included charges and additional amounts such as tolls, parking, permits or applicable taxes. Hotels, meals and activity tickets are separate unless expressly included.
Vehicle and passenger suitability
Passenger capacity refers to travellers excluding the driver. Exact seating must be confirmed for the allocated vehicle and remain within its registered passenger capacity. Confirm passenger count, luggage, accessibility needs, air conditioning and any required amenities before accepting a quotation.
Itinerary changes and access
Routes are proposed itineraries. Weather, road conditions, current permits, site opening arrangements, traffic and passenger needs may require changes. Additional stops, waiting, extended hours or extra days can change the fare and must be agreed with the team.
Payment and cancellation
This website does not process payments. Any deposit, payment deadline, cancellation charge or refund condition must be communicated as part of the written booking agreement before payment. Ask for clarification if a condition has not been supplied.
Customer information
Please provide accurate contact, travel and passenger information and promptly notify the team of changes. School, college and other regulated group travel is subject to applicable permissions and operating requirements.
